Account Deletion
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Pulera account directly from the app:
- Open Pulera app
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to Danger Zone
- Tap Delete Account
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
- Tap Delete My Account
Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Profile information and settings
- All conversations and messages
- Uplink balance and transaction history
- Session progress and story achievements
- Device information
What We Retain
For fraud prevention and legal compliance, we retain minimal records:
- Story completion records (which stories you completed) - retained to prevent reward abuse if you create a new account
- Account deletion timestamp - retained to prevent welcome bonus abuse
These retained records cannot be used to identify you personally and are only used for abuse prevention.
Data Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: All personal data, conversations, and progress deleted
- Retained indefinitely: Anonymous completion records for abuse prevention
