Introduction

Xvenos ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pulera mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

• Account Information: Email address, username, and profile information when you create an account
• Authentication Data: Login credentials and authentication tokens

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: App interactions, session duration, features used
• Analytics Data: Crash reports, performance data, and usage statistics via Firebase Analytics
• Advertising Identifiers: The Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS and the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, when you grant permission. These resettable identifiers are used by our ad partners (primarily Google AdMob) to serve relevant advertising and measure ad performance. You can reset or disable them at any time in your device settings.

Permissions

Our App may request the following permissions:

• RECORD_AUDIO: Used for voice input features within the app. Audio data is processed locally or transmitted securely to provide voice-based interactions. We do not store audio recordings permanently without your explicit consent.
• Internet Access: Required for app functionality, content delivery, and synchronization
• Push Notifications: To send you updates and notifications (optional)

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our App
• Process transactions and manage your account
• Send notifications and updates

Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Functions
• Google AdMob (Google): Mobile advertising, including App Open and Interstitial ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. See Google's Advertising Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites.
• Google Play Store / Apple App Store: Native in-app purchase and subscription management
• Third-Party AI Services: AI-powered features and content generation

These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information.

Advertising

Pulera is supported by advertising. We display ads through Google AdMob and may share the following with Google and its certified ad partners:

• Your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), if you have not disabled it in your device settings
• IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and approximate location
• Ad interaction events (impression, click, completion)

iOS users: When App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is shown, you can choose whether Pulera may track your activity across other apps and websites. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", AdMob will only deliver non-personalized ads (no IDFA collected).

EEA, UK, and Switzerland users: Before any ads are served, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow to collect your choice for personalized advertising in compliance with the GDPR. You can change your consent decision at any time in the app's privacy options.

Plus subscribers: Active subscribers do not see forced ads (App Open or Interstitial) and the advertising identifier is not requested for ad serving while your subscription is active.

In-App Purchases

• Purchase information is processed directly through Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Subscriptions are managed natively through each platform's billing system
• We do not store your payment card information

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time (EEA, UK, Switzerland) via the in-app privacy options
• Reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads)

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Residents of California and other US states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Account Deletion

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Pulera account directly from the app:

• Open Pulera app
• Go to Settings (gear icon)
• Scroll down to Danger Zone
• Tap Delete Account
• Type "DELETE" to confirm
• Tap Delete My Account

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Profile information and settings
• All conversations and messages
• Uplink balance and transaction history
• Session progress and story achievements
• Device information

What We Retain

For fraud prevention and legal compliance, we retain minimal records:

• Story completion records (which stories you completed) - retained to prevent reward abuse if you create a new account
• Account deletion timestamp - retained to prevent welcome bonus abuse

These retained records cannot be used to identify you personally and are only used for abuse prevention.

Data Deletion Timeline

• Immediate: All personal data, conversations, and progress deleted
• Retained indefinitely: Anonymous completion records for abuse prevention

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
